 *** IMPORTANT NOTE ***

After 7 years at KAUST, where my team and I have contributed to establishing a world-class program in combustion, turbulence, and large scale computing, I will move to the University of Texas at Austin, Department of Aerospace Engineeing and Engineering Mechanics, effective Aug 2016, as a tenure-track faculty.

If you are interested in joining my group at UT Austin (https://www.ae.utexas.edu), please direct your inquiry at my UT email address: fbisetti AT utexas DOT edu

Welcome to the website of the Reactive Flow Modeling Laboratory (RFML) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST)!

The RFML is led by Prof. Fabrizio Bisetti and is part of the Clean Combustion Research Center (CCRC).

Our research mission is to develop and apply computational modeling techniques to the solution of multi-physics/multi-scale problems in fluid mechanics with emphasis on turbulent flows, combustion and aerosol processes. In our work, we utilize high-performance computing (HPC) architectures routinely and execute our simulations on thousand’s of cores.

All the best!
